What information we use

When you send a request, WishGuide receives your name, phone, email, preferred time, selected program and extras and your note. This information is used only to communicate about the booking, prepare the service and meet related legal obligations.

The online chat may process your name, email, message text and a technical conversation identifier. This information is used for customer support and to handle your request.

Information is not used for marketing without separate consent. Retention follows the communication purpose and legal requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion where no legal duty prevents it.

Controller and contact
